Massive freezing/lag spikes

It happens randomly but when it does its bad, my game freezes screen, starts replaying the last played sound over and over, and it doesnt stop for about 2 minutes. My game was running fine before V10 but now i cant have a game without this happening atleast twice.

Same problem. AMD 8300 8cores loaded fully at that momeny. Lucky i can play like 1-1.5 hour before it happens

OK GUYS I FIXED IT

1. go to appdata/local and delete the squad folder
2.go to audio settings then punt the audio cuality to low and restart the game.
and thats it

Any idea how to fix it where you can leave the audio on epic?

Got this problem in 3 games, at first in HotS, then in Squad, then in Blackwake
For me it was overheating problem. I installed MSI Afterburner, slightly tweaked settings (curve of fan speed) and now i also play only with opened window only, lol. It worked, but i'm not sure was it GPU or CPU overheating. It's more like CPU, in my opinion.

I downloaded MSI and ran it and it seemed to help but I still freeze out of no where for almost no reason I can find. Nothing consistant that happens in game that I can tell might be causing it

i have AMD FX-8320 CPU too, btw

1 - set low quality sound (in sound settings)
2 - set window mode (video settings)
It works for me
