What the ♥♥♥♥ is this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥? Its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stuck like this for 1 hour, restarting steam didnt help.

Make sure you have around 30 gbs free. The whole game is unpackaged from the update then reinstalled. The download package takes up like 6-8gbs but the install process needs a lot more space.

I had the exact same issue, how i fixed the issue was by unistalling the game and reinstalling it. In my case the update was the same size as the entire game itself.
