Mouse click won't register

From recent update my mouse click (both left and rights) some time are just nor registering. Trying to scope in - just won't work, trying to fast click a pistol shots - just several are registered.

What's happens? Only me or some one else face this problems?

my left mouse button doesnt register sometimes and gets me killed, but other games i have no issues with it
