AMD FX-4300

I've got an FX-4300 and a GTX 970. About two weeks ago, my framerate was around 15fps on low or high settings, even after using the fixes. Has the 3.9 patch improved anyone's AMD performance on a similar cpu?

exact same CPU, GTX 960 my performance is now 30+ fps on high deppending on where i am, when before it was about the same as yours

I have an amd fx-4100 and gtx 750ti so your build is substancially better than mine, after the patch I get a fps of 30+ like NoShotz, so yours should only be better than mine. Before the patch I was getting 20fps and stuttering.

Your power supply?

That´s very unbalanced, an FX-4300 will cap pretty much everything higher than an R7 370 / GTX 950.

Its just a bad gaming cpu.

It was a budget build and I've been slowly upgrading it. 500w EVGA psu

mine was also a budget build, i bought a prebuilt in august 2014, and put a new powersupply and a GTX 960 in it march last year

I have a
i7 4790k
290x
16gig of 1600
and 3 120gb ssd
cant max the game out. but with distance at 3/4th I get about 50fps
