how to change squad name?

i see people with special squad names like ''building only'' or ''Hotel Motel"
etc
i wanna know how to change my squad name

ok mate.you have to name the squad before creating it ...
u enter in your faction end then you , just before tap create squad, double click on the name (alfa or beta or charlie ) then tipe your name and then CREATE

I mean if he just presses create squad he doesnt have to type anything
