Why not both? You're obviously a troll, or simply a mad 12 year old who can't afford the game and is here trying to ruin it for those who own the game.
GL with that.
Really now? FYI I'm 41 year old and well.. what comes to the financial setback of the game.. let's say I could afford it with ease, but thank you for your constructive reply anyways, Mr. 13 year old.
I was just wondering why people would pay a relatively high price for some added eye candy and tought maybe they're not aware of the PR, which is free. I have no reason to troll here.
Lmao, okay. The reason is obvious and it's the same one people buy CoD or any game they love, even though there's very little to no change in gameplay/graphics-wise. But that, of course, isn't the same case with PR and Squad. Squad is being developed by former PR devs who aren't money hungry and care for their fans.
Squad was funded during the Kickstarter by PR vets mostly. I personally supported it as both a thank you for all they've given us in PR and because I believe they can and will deliver a good, upgraded, and beautiful game as it's predecessor.
Your question has been asked and answered multiple times, that's why I assumed you were a troll/yet another youngster who's mad about the pricing, which is also common in the forum.
Sorry if I sounded rude, but I did say "or" lol.
I don't think it costs that much, even at full price, when you compare it to other modern shooters which also add DLC/microtransactions on top of the game itself or require you to spend hours grinding to unlock items/roles/weapons/etc. You could wait for another sale or free weekend when the game is discounted around 50% though, but it could be a while since there was just a free weekend.
