I am scared to use voice chat in squad
I'm scared to use voice chat in squad because I am very young, I know how to play the game but it would be easier if i would talk instead of typing. I feel like i would be kicked or even banned. I know i would be teased for my voice. If you don't like children playing squad i get it, most kids are annoying.

Learn to get over your fears and ignore those give you trouble. Squad ain't the game for typing; nobody is going to see it half the time. Communication is more than half of the point of the game. Playing Squad without talking is like playing a flight simulator without a joystick and throttle, you are missing quite a bit, not to mention being a slight burden on others.

You won't be kicked or banned from any servers for being a kid as long as you aren't breaking any rules. The only kicking that might take place is you getting kicked from a squad but even that seems like it would be fairly rare. Again, your options are to learn to deal with it or avoid it.

You're right, most kids ARE annoying. You'll probably get kicked from some squads because of it, but who cares, screw 'em. Anyway, text chat isn't really an option in this game. Nobody's reading that, unless it's All Chat banter shenanigans. Best thing you can do is try and keep your comms to a minimum and don't be that annoying kid who trolls for the lols, or won't stop screaming into their headset. If there's something genuinely important that you need to relay, your squadmates will listen and appreciate it. Just try not to spam comms, and be ready to get kicked. Just something to get used to, I had to go through it almost 20 years ago during the CounterStrike days as a 12 year old, so I know how you feel. Best of luck.

It's rare to see "kids" playing Squad or girls. So players usually are like lol wtf. But we are happy to have more people who love squad. You could get into trouble by talking too much in command or squad comms so just keep that checked, so focus on learning to talk in local first, especially if you are new.

Most women get mistaken for kids, it's quite hilarious. Reactions vary, though.
And the number you encounter really depends on your behavior.
