that shouldnt be happening unless you have your Windows magnification turned up past 100%, in which case its not really supported.
i don't think i have any magnification on. i never messed with that. but when the game launches it is in 1080, then after the loading screen before the main menu it gets all messed up. aside from alt+enter i can also alt+tab out and back in, but then everything is really blurry, and it still says it is at 1080, then i just apply settings and it goes back to normal. problem is i have to do this every time, even before matches load. tab out, back in, apply already set settings.
in the options there is a setting to delete your config, that would wipe it if its corrupt.
ResolutionSizeX=1920
ResolutionSizeY=1080
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeX=1920
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeY=1080
those were actually set to 1600 x 900, i then made the file read only, and started the game up, it completely froze, and i had to kill it with CMD. then i unchecked read only again, and now it is still changing resolution after loading. i don't get it.
okay i also tried to set
bUseDesktopResolutionForFullscreen=
from False to True, and it also didn't change a thing.
