How do you drop a HAB?

I don't intend on playing Squad Lead anytime soon (did enough of that in real life) but I figure it'll be good knowledge when I want to take a crack at it. It used to have information on how to to it at Jensen's Range, now it's just general info about HABs. I tried out the Squad Leader kit, but I couldn't find the radio unless I wasn't paying attention and missed it.

Press T with the SL kit. Heres what I suggest you do. Go to jensen range and pick a spot decently far away so you arent in range of anyother radio. Plop a radio down, next, kill yourself then go grab the logi. Fill the logi with 2000 construction points, fill up the FOB, place down a bunch of stuff, change kits to rifleman and build them. Its a little time consuming but you get a general idea of all the building materials.
