Anti-aliasing setting?
There are 4 settings if I recall correctly but it doesn't explain what each one is. I have all settings on high except for 2x AA but the game looks blurry.
Also, if I change graphics settings do I have to restart the game for them to take effect? I dont really note any change when I change them

I found that upping supersampling to 1.25 and turning the AA off really helped get rid of the blurring. Have a fiddle with those settings to find a happy medium. I found I got an FPS increase doing this as well, but improved the visual fidelity. Might not work for others but worth a go.

Most AA methods are broken. Use FXAA and Super Sampling.

I can confirm that this helped me too, little bit more fps and looks better for me.

ty for this tip , 1.25 works perfect on any setting to grant clear vision for me.

When the Game first came out Reshade was the option for a not blurry and Edgy game.

Now all has changed. Never use SuperSampling / Upscaling as it eats to much ressources.

TXAA with FXAA make the game sharp (even when you move) and most Egdes look fine. Of course fences flicker but its a good compromise.

right now for me, i use resolution at 0 and AA at T-FXAA that seems to be the clearest. once you start turning up your resolution/super sampling your game will get laggy.

Turn AA off and use 1.25 super sampling (if you can) I also got 10 frames by turning off AO. I don't notice a difference with shadows, but 1.25 compared to AA is huge. Its not just jaggies, its being able to tell the difference between a bush and a guy on a hill.

As others have said, super sampling makes this game look beautiful, do not use any of the traditional AA seettings as they all blur the screen, like vaseline.

it looks like your preset "normal" has SMAA turned on, thats why it's smudgy blurry looking.
