learn to read cpu usage 30% can mean youre in CPU limit exp. with HT
35-55 fps on lowest settings...
EDIT: Epic settings don't change my fps at all and I only play on servers with 60+ players, in the firing range I get around 150 fps on epic.

I get 60+ on all maps on highest settings
CPU is hardly being used.
i will buy this game within the next days

If you haven't already, overclocking your 3570k to somewhere in the 4.4-4.5GHz region should provide positive results. With the state SQUAD is currently in optimization wise, it's very CPU hungry.
Also remember to clear the cache after each update, as SQUAD is known for not updating cleanly.
