BUG: Windows 10 taskbar / fullscreen display problem

I have recently run across this issue - under fullscreen conditions @ 1080p, all of the user interface options are pushed below where the buttons are on the UI. I have reinstalled twice, wiped my appdata the second time (as well as any residual files in steam). It persists - and I think I've discovered why. While in borderless or windowed mode, it displays my taskbar. I have my taskbar at the top of my monitor (yeah not the norm for windows i know). Out of frustration I put my taskbar on autohide on so I could at least play under borderless conditions. To my surprise it fixed it, so I also changed back to fullscreen, and wouldn't you know it, that was the issue

This problem has been stalking me for a few months, and I thought it was a temporary bug that the squad guys would spot and fix, it seems that I'm the either the only one with this problem, or maybe no one puts the taskbar on the top of his windows OS.

It's known. I've heard that it's actually a bug in the engine.

I have the same issue, thought I put my task bar on the left, because I run an ultrawide (21:9) display, so the I have to click to the right of UI elements. I don't believe this is an engine issue, because this is the only game I've encountered with this bug and it's not like this is the only game running on UE.

ever tried to rescale your fonts in windows? that was a problem for me. im playing on a 4k tv and i used 300% scaling for the windows interface. when i put it back to 100% i had no problems anymore.

Try Playing Borderless

I have reported this issue. Nothing gets fixed. Just put your bar at the bottom of the screen while playing and then put it back when done.
