Is 200-300 ping ok for playing?

I'm from Argentina and really doubt there are south american servers. So if I play on NA servers, will ping bother me enough so it becomes unplayable?

well on cs or battlefield its not so good, here ping doesnt count as much, when you sneak behind an enemy squad you can still erase them all :)

from what ive seen a ping of 150 or so is very much playable and basically imperceptible. 200-300 though is just a bit over that threshold. Thats nearly a half second delay.
