Instead of downloading 3rd party software, you can simply check it using the Nvidia Control Panel:
Go into your Nvidia Control Panel > Help > System Information and check the PCI-E bandwidth speed there.
It should say something like, Bus: PCI Express x16 Gen 3
If you're using Windows 10, you should check to ensure the Xbox DVR software is disabled, and lastly...inside SQUAD, clear your game settings cache. Sometimes that gets screwey if it isn't deleted after install or an update. *note: you'll have to do your settings and keybindings again, anytime you delete the game cache files
No you don't. Unless you are talking about an empty firing range I doubt you even get solid 60FPS on a 70-80people server.
