mouse cursor issues

im trying to play the game but for some reason my cursor is off, i can move it arround but i cant click on anything. the icon of the cursor and the actual "point" on which i click are far away from each other. i cant play the game like this because i cant click on the spawn button.

anyone has had the same problem? any solution?

You running fraps by chance? Had the same issue till I killed fraps.

Same issue.
Sometimes after alt+tab
Sometimes after plug headphone
Sometimes without a reason.
Mouse click point is wrong. I tried every resolution or graphic settings..
Also game crash or freeze when I plug in&out headphone or again without ANY reason.

Let me guess: windows taskbar on the left side, right?
Easy solution: set your taskbar to automatically disappear.

It is fixed within UE4.15 (Squad uses with current a-9.3 version UE4.14).

Same here. No, taskbar is not on the left side. It is a resolution issue, game running at a different resolution from the monitor so the cursor's actual position does not align with with where the game thinks it is. In my case I can see two cursors: the game cursor and the windows cursor. But neither one aligns with what is on the screen! You can try to set the resolutions the same using tab, arrow keys and enter key. Or by carefully observing what buttons are lit up instead of where the cursor is. Setting game resolution same as windows has fixed it for me in other games.

But it is fundamentally a failure of programming, poor coding by the developers.

Actually, setting the two resolutions the same did fix it for me but I had to quit and restart a couple times before it set correctly.

same here. Wrong mouse focus if i dont play bordeless. Anotehr problem I cant even spawn after a death. To much technical difficulties for a free test weekend. Nice idea but i wont pay for that state.

Yeah me too, I want to play but I've only managed to click the spawn point a couple of times, it's a huge chore and a serious game breaker for me. I've just found it to be llike 1 inch to the right, it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ guessing game. Makes me wonder where my bullets are going.

Same here. Also half of the minimap is off the screen. Ive got 2560x1440 res in both the game and windows.

having the same issue. don't know what to do, but I'm trying to see if reinstaling it helps.

Ive checked file integrity and turned off Shadowplay and than it was okey. Ive turned back on Shadowplay to check if that was the problem. Problem came back but now even if i turn it off again ive got double coursor both on wrong position. I'll try checking files again and keep it off...

I went in to pc settings and changed the scaling from 125% to 100% and it worked

theres a respawn timer after you die, which is why youre probably having issues

also 1 inch to the right as well
