I have this error during startup, downloaded dlls from internet already but still get the error, any advice ?

It looks like your system is not up to date. Make sure you have the following installed (in this order):

- Windows 7 ServicPack 1

- This hotfix which is needed for VC++ 2015 redist to be installed

When the last or both of these updates were missing and you installed it (and PC restart), then the game should start. Make also sure, that you restart your PC after Squad installation.
