Report a translation problem
After much research I found that you need to disconnect the USB 3 cable that came with the headset (reason - the software is not 100% compatable with USB 3, this makes me want to scream at Logitech....it used to be a great company with great products). Then use a USB 2 cable and connect to a USB 2 port. I found that this seems to have fixed the problem, but do not mute the mic when in game because it will not unmute with out exiting the game....yet another common problem caused by the logitech software.
