English Servers?

Brand new to this game. Trying to find a server to play on and most I either can't join and the ones I can join, English is not spoken. Obviously, with communication being essential to this game so is finding a server with squad mates I can understand. Is there perhaps a server setting (i.e. sort by region) that I am missing??

And a side note, do soldiers have binoculars they can access anytime and, if so, what is the key command?

added you man, only certain classes have bino', Exo EU/UK, is a great english speaking sever :)

Even on alot of the servers that aren't specifically english there's very often a squad or two that use it. Don't judge a server by its cover ^^

Only Squad leaders get Binos, and I think the scout class for the insurgents
