i always thought it was kinda bad. there UIs are always garbage and the last endless lengends looked very generic

Devs, Please dont forget about your vodyani concept. Im waiting for it for sure. Your UI, art, music solutions are on spot so far. Dont slip on "trendy" things, do your own thing best way you do.

I am disappointed in how Humankind fizzled out, but I am glad to see Endless Legend 2 on the horizon. But, given that we waited a year for a Humankind update, I hope that's been time spent working on this and it will launch as 1.0 and not Early Access.

I got burned with humankind but now that SEGA is out of the picture and you're going back to your roots I'm choosing to be hopeful. I'll probably still wait a while, maybe wait for a few DLCs to be out to see the direction they're going in this time... Hopefully the combat isn't as imbalanced and hero-centric as in EL1 in this one, it's always the reason my friends quit fast.

Was it? I don't think it was but anyway, they're out of Sega now (I think the upper management bough out their company so they'd own it themselves) and is now back to it's indie structure. So I expect less meddling from outsiders. Including subversive (or overt) political agenda. Hopefully.
