haha I have given up, its the Amplitude way - make a great game and just leave it in a buggy, unbalanced state. Endless space2 is the same and yet people are asking for endless space 3...
I think the bigger issue is Amplitude spreading themselves too thin. As dull as Humankind was, I'm sure it still took a large amount of time and effort. Plus they were/are also simultaneously working on Endless Dungeon. With only one small team, and with that team also in charge of QA-testing DLC for both Endless Legend and Endless Space 2, it was invariable there'd be problems.
Hopefully they either expand so they can properly allocate the amount of resources required for multiple games, or refocus back down to one game at a time.
