Can't no longer claim addon on website?

So i linked my steam account on amplitude-studios website, go to reward section, find the content(Community challegene addon) and click "Redeem on Steam". Nothing happens.

Anyone get this issue? Please help.

Have you checked the DLC page in game or if said DLC is enabled in game? If it's still not there but you have downloaded the content it might be because the download was shunted into the incorrect folder.

I checked in game and under DLC tab, it is as if I never claim it. The issue is clearly from the website.

Did you left click on "ADD-ONS" tab to the very top of the content menu, for to display them, for to check it out and to activate (easy to miss)? Just asking, as long as you write you did check out the DLC tab, only? By the way, apart from the "Muds & Makers" ADD-ON you should have all ADD-ONS anyway, without beeing in need of linking your Steam Account.

There are 3 Addons that require amplitude account. Uthassum Rhamoezz the Sophon hero, Muck and Makers that adds couple extras and finally Community Challenge Addon. Unfortunately claiming on website is broken and there is no other way to get these addons. It has been reported on their forums for more than 2 weeks and it still isnt fixed.

Yeah, pretty much, I like that Community Challenge Addon to try out new map. Too bad there is no way to claim since as someone one their site pointed out, the link "Claim on Steam" redirects into dead link.

Thanks for links, I looked them up. Posts are few years old and site is slightly reworked, but I digged a bit and find a way to succefully claim addons!
Go to REWARDS - BADGES - PROFILER badge - Connect your account to Steam - Lastly click on Redeem on addons you want and thats it. It actually works!

Sure, this game is pretty old. I did remember those threads, because some community members had trouble to unlock the additional in the past. It seems to be a little tricky for many users. Glad you were able to fix the issue on your end!
