Also some heroes as leader of parties might use similar ability regenerating all your fleets 2% per turn.
There are also repair modules. The first one takes no strategics and repairs 15% after a battle, the titanium one can be found via curiosities and repairs both after each battle phase and at the end of the battle phase (so does the orichalcix module that can be researched) and the antimatter module repairs 15% per battle phase and makes enemies target the ship more. Due to the different rarities/use of strategic ressources i find the titanium module the most useful one (except for very high value targets such as behemoths) but it comes with the drawback of only being available if you find it.
Think of it as one of those "F2P" mobile games -- you can either wait 5 hours to restore stamina, or pay $2.99 to do it instantly :D
- K sure, I'll buy it and repair it right away
*2 seconds laters*
- I want my ship back.
- Dude, it's fixed now, u gotta pay more to get it back.
