I can't find the system shield tech to protect against obliterators
Googling around it seems the (affordable) defense against obliterators is the system shield improvement. Or maybe planet shield. People use both terms.
But I can't find the tech for it anywhere on the tech tree. I heard it was T4 empire but I am just not seeing it. Is the tech tree randomized? or am I looking at the wrong place?
