I like https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1233946283
just seems to help in overall balance.
This is just a personal preference. Makes the map make a bit more sense for me.

Remember any mods disable any Steam achievements if you are into that.
I used to play with Galaxy Generation Bigger Systems, but now I am more focused on making the AI more aggressive, so I figured that being able to settle on either 4 or 5 planet systems would take away from that. I only play with Conquest and Supremacy victories enabled to try to compound on that.
The order in which one loads the mods matter, so to make sure the changes from ESG 1.3.0 (or any other mod for that matter) are not stepped on, load it last.
Do victory conditions effect the AI?
Why do u both use ESG Mod - 1.3.0 and not Enhanced Space 2?
how do u chance loadorder?
1. Intuitive GUI Colors
2. ESG Mod - 1.3.0
3. BattleMod
would be right?
If ESG mod changes a military tech that is also changed by BattleMod, the mod loaded later will prevail. All other changes with no conflict will be active as long as the mods play nice together (compatible).
BattleMod makes changes to combat lanes and ship templates, resulting on a more interesting/difficult early-mid game. Same can be said of ESG Mod, although it is more comprehensive and not just limited to combat. For this reason I load ESG last.
