Harmony Of The Heart does not list its effect(s)
Simple as that. When looking at the tooltip for the rewards of one of the Unfallen main quests, Harmony of the Heart, whether it's before or after obtaining it, it does not tell me what it does, only its production cost and upkeep cost.

Yes I'm looking for this answer as well. You can build it once in every system, but I can't seem to find what it does.

I recall from the past patch it gives 15 science per population type. And the other one maybe 5 happiness per same.

That seems coherent, thanks.
That said, it should still be displayed in game. I believe they had the same bug with the final reward of the Unfallen questline, and if I remember correctly they fixed it with one of the last patches.

at least the last part of the unfallen quest now has a tooltip
