Hacking Bandwidth Exceeded

The notice for exceeding bandwidth is very annoying. It generally happens like this: You have exceeded your bandwidth. Cuts will be made if you don't correct it before the next turn.

The issue is that you can't cut stuff without accruing bandwidth penalties, ergo, being over your bandwidth allotment. So, basically, this message comes too late. It means you are already hosed.

The bandwidth notification needs to put out sooner or some reasonable action on your part should be available to fix the situation.

Before you put a bandwidth exceeding program, as you hover over the program's target when you have the program selected and ready to place, you see an exclamation mark inside a yellow triangle to the right of the bandwidth bar. And you can cancel stuff like defensive programs, inactive offensive programs, and transmigration beacons without extra cost. Only cancelling hacks costs banwidth from what I remember.

I find that the time this issue is most likely occur is not tied to starting programs. It happens mostly when the racial boost expires. That is tracked a few layers deep in menus and there is no warming it will expire unless you remember to go check it.
