Can some Horatio Lore master explain something?

I fineshed the Faction quest, well i think I did anyway. I made 9 fertile worlds got some small text saying that it shall continue and that Horatio is here to stay. SO WHERE'S THE ENDING? What happened to Prime? Is he still out there, did he get found and killed by (what I assume is 4)? Does he get his power back?!? I need to know what happens to my favourite Horatio?

*Edit* I think I did the Ecologist Path(A) So i think there is a different ending depend on the political party i have when i get the quest? Am i correct in that and if so NO SPOILERS.
