OMG Annihalator Beam

so found this annhialator beam in some ruins or something, 1st and only time so far despite quite a few playthroughs, and it is OP AS HELL! costs 10 adamantium 10 antimatter 500 production and increases chance of ship being targeted 50 and only fires once per battle phaze HOWEVER it does 84 dps 10% crit and kills 100 crew per shot.

put these on your 1cp move enhancing ships to make them effective in combat and expecially on your heroes combined with their ship 80% dmg perk and they can deal over 2500 dps

im wondering if this is from a new patch and what the conditions exactly are to get it so we can aim to collect it as often as possible.

1 annihilator beam costs more than an attacker hull, so perhaps it's supposed to be OP.

found out that its a tir4 military reward requireing t4 military unlocked + be the 1st to gather 15 oricaltrix and quadrinix
