Tanks for ground battle

How do you buy/use tanks in ground battles?
I have the tech but my ships only use infantry.

You need to go in the manpower screen and set the troop/tanks ratio.

In every system? an I choose wich to embark to invade other systems or it's always a % of the troops on the builder system? Thx!

Just once on your army setup screen. All you troops in your empire will then use that % template of Infantry/tanks/aircraft.

And no you dont need to decide which to embark, your troops are part of your fleet strength when you hover over them you can see it.
Casualties in battles get automatically filled up by the empire wide manpower reserve.
