I guess people don't care about custom factions...
What a shame.
Any particular reason for a MAJOR increase in Vodyani essence consumption? The immediate access to "Species Stability" does not compensate for the inital Arc cost increase by more than 3x and the "Holy Prolifiration" costs being doubled?
BUT I've just spotted what looks like a significant bug when loading a savegame:
Empire happiness has plummeted - instead of my system limit being 30 it's dropped to 17, with consequent happiness of 2% instead of >80%. My capital is still at 100%, most everything else 0%.
Thank you for all the hard work to improve this game. It is interesting to watch.
