Hope this sheds some light on this!
Seconded. I'll make sure to do that before my next game.
No problem! You can change so much of the game by parsing through the public folder, I'd seriously recommend just dedicating some time to it, especially the Simulation subfolder!
Also, shameless plug for my mod Influential Amoeba on the workshop :D
That screams of the possibility for a trainer kinda cheat program where you change game parameters before a game instead of cheating midgame. :)
Well, seeing as changes don't apply unless you restart the game, and that the AI would ALSO get the same changes, I don't see the point of a trainer.
I was thinking about how they usually work. Dive into game files and change some hex values here and there. So a program along those lines where I don't have to go into the files and change them manually instead start a program that finds and alters the values for me when I click something like "6 unique planets". Could open up for changing a lot of more map and game features that aren't changeable in the game. If it brakes the game somehow it would be on us instead of Amplitude Studios to fix.
Thank you for the tip! On all my games, not once has this planet showed up for me. Will try this for my next game then set it back the way it was.
