Where are the Pathfinder Academy Heroes

After buying the digital deluxe version. Where are they?

When you start a new game, next to the portrait of the race select box there's a toggle to allow "Heroes Custom Skins". Turn that one and the new hero skins will randomly appear in the game, including ship skins.
