Hero - reset skill points

You can only reset the points before you click conform on new points.

For now, you cannot change already spent points. Just keep levelling up to get more.

If you put the leader on a planet that builds lots of stuff you will level and that is one way to get more Fleet skills.

You can't reset skill points once you hit confirm. Hero has no level cap so eventually you will get every skill so don't worry.
