Its in Ul dah, take a left from the aetheryte. the quest is orange normal color, there should be a lot of people around it. You finished the ultimate weapon quest?

Neat seeing Noctis in FFXIV and even being able to use Warp Strike during a boss fight (only you can't spam it like in FFXV itself lol).
