Insane coincidence. I just got back into FF15

No, they don`t. You have an OPTION to buy an item from previous event, but that`s not mandatory. Nobody is going to take away your character, you will not be beaten by P2W whales without those items, and they will not affect your game progress at all. Almost every event reward is either a cosmetic, house decoration or mount\minion. So you only gaslighting yourself. And I don`t understand how you can compare FFXIV with Genshin at all, like seriously?
Every year they offer new unique reward, as an additional incentive for players to participate. And if they do an actual rerun - ppl are still moaning and complainig about it, because some ppl can`t be pleased at all. Don`t get me wrong, the idea of returning event rewards in itself is great, and they absolutely could have done it this way. But that`s absolutely their choice to make. I wish there was a better Veteran reward system, which would give not only your standart fan-favorite gear sets (like Cloud, Squall etc) but also some cash shop credit or items of your choice, but they haven`t touched it in years, which is a shame. Everything else is more or less ok in my opinion, although it would be better to add artwork decoration piece from each event as an additional reward. Sometimes they do, but more often not.

That's a bit excessive. The charm it has with the main-cast already puts it way ahead of a lot of games.

better to re-run an event that had its own work, assets made spesificly for it, as opposed to stick it on a cash shop and never re-run the event while FF11 had nearly 3 times the amount of reruns.

unless the event dosent have anything extensive add like the seasonal events, or collabs that maybe dident had fate or can't work with the current system, they should re-run them once in a while while nothing else is really happening.

How far into the game is "The Ultimate Wepaon"? I really don't want to miss out on the car but my last completed MSQ was the one where I prepare to fight Titan. Not sure if that is close enough or not for me to possibly get the car.

It's the last base-game MSQ. If you stick to just one job you should be able to rush through that story with minimal grind.

Way to prove my point, FF14 doesn't have something happening all the time, it's extreeeeemly lazy for a paid+subgame, god awful levels of lazy. Meanwhile games like genshin barely have time to re-run stuff atleast have a week or two of downtime at most. God don't even get me started about mog collection events... what a excuse of an event that just invalidates reason to do content in the game in the first place.

Yoshida needs to take notes and take the L and make the game f2p already. Pretending it'll make it worse somehow, the game is already screwed up and he's lost the battle to keep the game fun and away from paid mounts and level ups and filled with pay for convenience. Keeping it as a premium game at this point is just straight up insulting to anyone that still has a brain and hasn't being gaslit and brainwashed into "supporting" the game.

BUT: Is there any SPECIFIC WAY I can check THE EASIEST WAY POSSIBLE that I have completed the Quest required? I've done the Praetorium but like, ngl I did do a lvl skip (don't hate me, I wanted to be able to be in endwalker with that FC and my friends and they pressured me so no salt here pls!) but like, I don't really feel like reading the entire quests info, so I just figured I'd ask if there's a Title or some sort of hint if I've unlocked the Ultimate Weapon, and "completed" it? Anyone's helpful advice would help, otherwise I can get off my arse and stop being lazy and look more deeply into it hhaaha.

Give us a Jack garland ff origins collab where he skips every dialogue and beats every boss with ease.
