Just remove the subscription model and I would always have this game installed and be playing. You already have full price expansions and huge in game shop so why have the subscription on top of it. Maybe if it was only $5 I would pay but, the current price does not warrant a need to play even if new expansion comes out.

No. This allows them to continuously make major content patches every four months. Get over your entitlement to their work for free.
