They do, but there will always be a group of more "toxic" people.
I think its impossible to get a "perfect" community you know, but atleast ff14 is alot better than other mmos i`ve experienced. Got welcomed by 3 people and got traded 10k gil when i first logged into ff14, 10/10.
Even got guided, was a fun experience

also ya toxic... but most of the community is not like this every raid or dungeon ive been in everyone has always been super nice even when people disagree theres toxic people in every community...
