Most collabs, even FF ones, only repeated once. So this is likely the last time we will see FFXV collab and the previous ones already came through twice and its items were put into the item store.

FF13 event, "Lightning Returns," is dead, done, and gone. Since they were not going to repeat it again, they put all the rewards up on the mog station/FFXIV Online Store.

"According to a post from the official Japanese Final Fantasy XIV forums, the Final Fantasy XIV Lightning Strikes crossover quest will NOT return but the items will via micro-transactions. All of the items will eventually make their way over to the Mog Station, FFXIV’s online real money shop for in game items."

The FFXI event, "The Maiden's Rhapsody," was run just in the just last year, May 28, 2020 to Monday, June 22, 2020. It is not a yearly repeat, and has gone 2 and 3 years in between reruns(2015, 2017, & 2020 respectively) though the 2020 rerun felt kinda forced as something to cover for the lack of content due to covid. Could it return again? We don't know. Best guess, maybe in 2022 to commemorate 20 years of FFXI. Or that may just be when they add the items to the mog station. It's all speculation until the XIV team says anything about it.

I believe that is the lv70 Samurai relic armor.

I think it's rewarded from the lv70 job quest. Can also get a version of it in Eureka Anemos, and upgrade it to be dyeable.
