Yea no the normal edition isnt on sale... :( i still want to buy it but saaaadly its not on sale :(

There is no such thing as normal edition for ffxiv, the game is actually free, the only thing you have to pay for is the subscription (13.99) and the dlc (which is normally priced at like 50$)

Where is the Collector's Edition? Even on Mogstation, the digital upgrade is still full price.

Complete Edition includes the base game (ARR) and all of the expansions, with 30days free playtime

This is false, FFXIV is never free, you have to buy the base game and expansions (on every platform you want to play it on, PC, PS4 or Mac) plus the subscription ($14.99) and yes there is a normal edition (https://store.steampowered.com/app/39210/FINAL_FANTASY_XIV_Online/), it's the base game you have to buy first before you can buy the DLC (https://store.steampowered.com/app/1016870/FINAL_FANTASY_XIV_Shadowbringers/), it's $19.99 for the base game and $39.99 for the Shadowbringers DLC. The Shadowbringers Collector's Edition is $59.99 though.

You really shouldn't comment when you don't know what you're talking about at all.
