If you are trying to enter in your Steam pre-purchase code THROUGH the Mog Station you MUST ENTER ALL OF THE CODE NUMBERS AND ALPHABETICALS IN CAPS.

You must buy the new expansion from the steam if you own the original game from the steam, other digital copy code won't work for the steam version!!!!

I bought the expansion from the official site and now, the early access code totally doesn't work.

Please ! Fix the Heavensward dlc price in brazilian real ( R$ ) ! The price is absurdly high, even for a CE version ( that is not the case ). I can buy the entire game + the heavensward dlc at a cheaper price in other sites.

Be sure to buy it from steam. I bought the physical copy and now i can't even use it.

My CD Keys are invalid. Yes, I tried it many, MANY ways. No dice.

I don't understand, I pre-ordered it, Place my CD Key and was a success. But i never received any 20 digit code in my email for almost 2 days already. I can't go to ishgard till i confirm it. Is anyone having this sort of problem?

pfft i bought mine like when the preorder first came out and i was NOT on a free trial of the game and i still cant input my codes in the mogstation, says they are invalid

THE SUPPORT IS A JOKE! Tried for days getting dropped in chat and hung up on without even talking to a single agent.....still have the collectors edition just sitting collecting dust and nothing from the 1 support agent that closed me out of chat while I was trying to respond!!!

everything went well with registering the keys hada bit of a scare at first with the key coming up invalid but discovered i was putting the key in the wrong location
