How to?
I can get boss to phase 3, and survive two consecutive missile, and slam attack except the last one. Where its kinda impossible to evade with everything, I died thrice now, so any tips?

Depends on your class.

Line up your CDs and buffs so that they'll be up for that phase. The only thing you can do is quicken the pace in which you burn him down.

Uh.. make sure you are decently geared. By that point you should have access to most (or was it all?) of your Artifact gear. Make sure you have a decent weapon for that point of the game.

Yeah... it's really just a matter of making sure you do enough damage.

Save burst and self-healing cds until the last phase. Then just burn him down before he does the same to you. Easier to do as melee dps or tank (maybe also heal, provided incoming damage isn't high enough for them not to have time for damaging spells).

Also yeah, make sure your gear is good enough. Second chest from lv50 class quest, plus not-so-outdated weapons and jewelry, should be enough.
