New character

Hello, I just bought the game and I would like to buy something on the shop but it says I have no available character even though I played for 1 hour.. What should I do ?

for general billing issues, but I would pay note to the 2nd response. the character may not be old enough to have registered on the Lodestone yet, since when you buy items you need to specific the character it will go to.

If you just created the character, then you need to logout of the game back to the character select menu, wait around fifteen minutes and then login. The lodestone should update with your new character and it will become available to select on the online store.
