None of the combo plugins support the early classes, only the tier 2 classes. 3 different combo plugins, not one of them lets me combo the rogue string. Plenty of stuff for ninja or the other tier 2 classes.
It's not a macro, you still have to press an input for every action, it'll just lessen the number of different keys you have to press. You can press 1-1-1 vs 1-2-3, and that frees up space on your action bar.
The combo that ends with aeolian edge isn't on the list. Is that combo dropped from Ninja's rotation later on?
doooood. if you like it and make progress in the MSQ if you get banned you will have to go through the great filter that is ARR again. you might not pay with $$ but you are gonna be paying with blood and time. BE CAREFUL.
(they don't monitor for mods. just don't talk about them in game and don't stream with them showing and you'll be fine.)
I play how I want, if they don't like it they can ban me. Others have been using this stuff for years and haven't been banned. If they started banning for mods, they'd have to ban probably 1/4 or more of their subscribers. And no, if they ban me for QOL mods, I will 100% leave and not come back.
Calm down, champ. I wasn't arguing with you.
Point taken about not saying anything in game.
I'm already level 26 after 10hrs or so, because I skipped (most) of the cutscenes, and only did main quest, or class quests, and a few duty finder missions. That's as a brand new player starting from nothing.
I'm predicting 25, maybe 30hrs tops for all the AAR story content at this pace.
To be fair threatening to not come back is kinda what they would want hence the ban. Either way they have said they don't monitor for any kinda programs etc so unless you actively talk about it in game or stream it being used they won't care.
Is there any documented proof of a first offense permanent ban for this? If they don't monitor for this, I have nothing to be concerned about. It seems like a rule placed with no intentions of truly enforcing it. If they wish to take a hardcore enforcement route at some point, I'll simply stop playing.
I dunno, take a break from the game until the plugin is updated? It doesn't even get broken with every patch I hear. A couple of these plugins I'm using haven't been updated in 2 years (according to github) and they still work. The quick launcher which integrates the plugins will be updated very quickly, a matter of hours to a day tops.
It's no big deal if you're just using a few nice QoL UI tweaks, but something that changes your core rotation would force you to either miss new content releases or have to effectively learn your job again.
You'd be much better off just finding some keybinds that work for you and playing the game as intended. An MMO mouse is a good investment, if you don't have one already.
