Abilities have disappeared

Renewed my subscription, haven't played Stormblood. I want to play the available content, remember how to play and only then think about buying Dawntrail.
I went to dummy, sorted out the skills for the dragoon, and remembered how the Gauge works. I changed it to the samurai, did the same, then the dancer and the bard. And I look at the bard and I can’t understand why there is no sequence of skills. I look further and notice that there is no class scale. I switched back to the dragoon - all the bars were reset, there was no Gauge, and the combos stopped showing in the skills tab. I looked at the off-site at what levels skills are given and saw that there should be more skills, they seemed to have been taken away) For what?)
I would understand if skills above 70 were unavailable, but there are no skills even at 30. It’s as if the Job quests were reset. At the same time, everything is fine on the samurai and dancer.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

I forgot about this mechanic! For some reason, it is not automatically inserted in some classes, and also after using the “recommended gear”

It will only be automatically inserted in the jobs that have no corresponding class, like dancer and samurai.
