I transferred from Crystal to Dynamis.
I ended up on Cu, but it seems Seraph is the most populated.
Putting that aside, I see no reason, as long as you met all the transfer requirements, that you should not be able to be here. I did if for free, you should as well, since these are new worlds and all that with xp bonus.
So additionally:
Did you do a name change recently?
That might cause an issue. Not sure about it but it might.
Otherwise I can't see a reason for you to be denied.
Just know that since this is a new Datacenter, there are 'new' players (alts) and (actually new players) joining this Data Center. Which makes advanced progression difficult. I am hoping they actually give us back Data Center travel, because trying to progress when nobody is where you are at in the story is a bit trying.
While that is true, one cannot interact in said data center, because they turned off that function. It is/was an option to when you were in a capital city. Choose to travel to a different Data Center, allowing that character to interact with things within that DC, and party with those there, completing trials/dungs/etc, because there were more people there and the queue times would be less. But since DT came out, the DT DC transfer service on main cities has been halted. So we cannot utilize the main aetherites in the major cities ro transfer between Data Centers (DC) to complete these advanced quests...
Yes, one can transfer to worlds on their own Datacenter, but we have been locked out via DT to visit DC that is not our own.
