Starting a solo FC

Hey all, just came back to the game after a couple of years break and trying to finagle my way into my own solo FC to add my other character so I can send some stuff to my new one via FC bank, because for some insane reason SE doesn't want us to be able to mail ourselves. My question is, for the 3 signatures needed, do they have to be 3 unique accounts and online at the same time, or could I theoretically make 3 characters on a 2nd account, have them sign and be all good?

If you are making a solo FC with 2 accounts you just need to create 3 characters on one account and get them to sign the charter individually. Keep them in your FC so if you ever want a fc house you have the 4 prerequisite members already in the fc

So all people signing dont need to all be online at the same time during creation? And the 3 signatures can be from the same account? Just to be sure of this before i pay for a new account lol

Yes the main account can get each of the other 3 to sign it one at a time. All you need is 3 signatures and it doesn’t require all 4 to be online at the same time.
