redeemed pre order but didnt get collector stuff

I ordered the downtrail collectors edition and now I dont get the stuff for the collectors edition after redeeming my key as if i bought a normal edition but Steam does say i paid for collector edition

You will get the collectors edition digital stuff once the expansion releases and you enter the cd key for the expansion

for the digital stuff, you get the pre order bonus immediately, but everything else you will get it either the 28th of June or the 2nd of July.

Right now as long as you properly got the pre order bonus in game, you're good, it means everything was registered fine.
