Marauder Guild? Ul'dah?
Don't give advice if it's wrong. Marauder's Guild is in Limsa.
-----
You can have every class and/or job on one character.

... and you really want to level up multiple classes as each class or job can use skills from other classes or jobs... IF you have unlocked them.
1) Kill monsters shown in Hunting log of respective classes.
Basic kill 1-5 monsters of specific monsters to get a small exp reward
It usually gives if you are at the same lvl range as the objectives about 1-3 lvls per rank (But at low lvls 1-20 when you kill the monsters and complete 1 Rank of Hunting log youve gotten like 5-9 lvls)
once you got Battle chocobo unlocked its easy to kill couple lvls higher than your own monsters.
2) FATEs
Simply everytime you see a FATE do it. The Exp reward is quite good for level up
3) Guildhests
Queue for Guildhests to do each Guildhest once. They give a exp bonus reward for completing the guildhest once per class.
4) Levequests
So basically in certain towns there are Levemetersmth NPCs which gives you Repeatable quests for Exp. (Also Small Gill reward and Company seal reward)
5) Dungeons
Dungeons gives the biggest EXP rewards in the game IMO but for certain class types getting into dungeon takes longer than completing one :v
If you're gonna tank as a marauder then your gonna have fast Queue times for dungeons so you can then run them many times. Remember to ask from others if theyre okay that you kill every monsters cause its more exp obv >.<
Remember to Log out in a town or city which is a sanctuary to get that increasing 50% Exp boost it helps alot in dungeons since you can get alot of it there.
Duty Roulette: Low Level & Duty Roulette: Guildhests
Big notice for these 2 things.
Do these once per day eachtime you can to get an bonus Exp reward for completing the dungeon/Guildhest. From what i have seen the bonus Exp reward is someting like 30-50% your Max exp needed for lvl up so with that bonus you can get like 1-2 lvls once you do that (depends what dungeon you are in)
Guildhest Duty roulette gives around 10-20% exp bonus reward.
These are the optional lvling possibilities other than main quests.
Each job needs a Primary Class to lvl 30 and another Class to lvl 15.
Since you started with Gladiator so if you want to get Paladin job you would need to lvl Conjurer to lvl 15 to gain access to the Paladin Job quest. (If you are insterested bout the Paladin still Conjurer guild is located in Old Gridania (In Gridania obv :P) Talk to the Guild receptionist and enlist yourself to the guild and they will give you the lvl1 weapon for you to start with the class etc.)
Warrior Job will need Marauder to lvl 30 and Lancer to lvl 15 (Lancer guild is located in Old Gridania too Top right corner of the map)
Yer a tank class/job. Dungeons. Use the Duty Finder. You get far, far more XP than in FATEs or anything else and unlike non-tank/healer classes/jobs... you don't spend hours waiting in between dungeons ^-^.
Meow. I got Gladiator mixed up with Marauder. Fail on my end. Q_Q
Warrior's subclass is Pugilist, not Lancer.
Lol. Wrong.
Warrior needs Gladiator.
