How do I link map locations on text?

Idk how to do it but I know how to do it with my weapons. Some people have that thing where they put the location on the map and you can click on it and it will pop up a flag on your map. Anyone know how to do this???

you just need to open the map, then CONTROL + RIGHT CLICK on mouse onto a map location. Then a flag will be placed there, and the command <flag> automatically appear in your chat box. press Enter on keyboard, and the flag location is sent out.

also you can type <pos> to put a link to your current location for other people in chat

if ur on the ps3 or ps4 tap R1+L1 and it will add the text <flag> into the chat box, then just hit X w/ the chat box selected and it will send the location coordinates.
