How To Contact Customer Support Immediately

So I was on square enix website, and I needed to reset my security token. And everyone online said it would take weeks to get a reply thorugh email. SO... I went to the FF14 reddit... which directed me to the FF14 Discord... I setup my profile in discord, went to the question and help section. And asked if their was a phone number to contact... Some angel gave me the link on square enix that lets you contact LIVE CHAT or there number DIrectly!!

You're welcome! You'll need to fill out the basic info. (Fill out the Form) Then select the way you want to contact them, 'Phone or live chat' I did Live chat, had 2 people ahead of me in que and immediatly had my account token disabled!

Healer queue jumping extending to live support is just Squeenix taking the bit too far.

Interesting if true though. I haven't had to look, but was there an easier way of finding this out than questing through Reddit and Discord? Live Support should be noted as available somewhere prominent I would think. I'll check the Mogstation and Lodestone real quick.
